What you should know before applying.
You will be on real client accounts in your first month, and you will speak to those clients yourself. There is no layer between the work and the person paying for it.
We are small, so nothing is somebody else's job. That cuts both ways: more range than you would get elsewhere, and no one to hand the boring half to.
The office is in Bangalore and the role is five days in it. If that is a problem, say so in the application rather than after.
We use AI heavily and expect you to. We also expect you to know exactly which parts of its output you are not willing to trust.
