The deal, in plain language.

What we do

We run a managed AI visibility program. We map the questions buyers ask AI engines in your category, publish pages on your domain built to be cited, earn mentions and links, fix the technical layer engines read, and report on where you stand. The specifics of your engagement are whatever we agree in writing with you, and that agreement wins over anything general said here or elsewhere on the site.

What we cannot promise

We do not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google, or any other engine. Nobody does. They change how they rank and cite whenever they like, without notice. So we do not guarantee a position, a citation, a traffic number, or a revenue outcome, and you should be sceptical of anyone in this industry who does.

What we do commit to is the work: the pages, the outreach, the infrastructure, and the reporting, delivered at the cadence we agreed. The numbers on this site are real results from real clients, verified by live API calls, and they are examples of what has happened, not a forecast of what will happen for you.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, unless your agreement says otherwise. There is no setup fee. The engagement has a three-month minimum, because the work compounds and the first month is largely groundwork that pays off later; after those three months it continues on a rolling month-to-month basis until you end it.

Refunds and cancellation

To cancel, tell us in writing and give thirty days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period the notice period lands in, and never before the end of the initial three months. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not make you write a letter, but we do need it in writing so both sides have a record.

Fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part. You are buying a month of work delivered across that month, and once it is under way we cannot un-publish the pages or un-send the outreach. The one exception: if we deliver nothing at all for thirty business days running, and that is our fault rather than a delay waiting on you, you get a pro-rata refund or credit for that period. That is the exclusive remedy for it.

This mirrors clauses 7 and 8 of the agreement you sign, which is the document that governs if anything here reads differently.

Who owns what

The pages and content we produce for you are yours. They live on your domain and they stay there if you leave. Our own methods, tooling, and platform stay ours. The brand you give us to work with, obviously, remains yours.

What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, and the access we agreed to publish on your site. If what you tell us about your product, pricing, or credentials is wrong, we will publish it wrongly, and we cannot be responsible for that.

Using this website

You are welcome to read, quote, and link to anything here. Do not scrape it wholesale to rebuild it elsewhere, and do not present our client results as your own. The interactive demo runs on fictional sample businesses; the numbers in it are illustrative, not claims about a real company.

Liability

We will do the work carefully and we will tell you the truth about results. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and move the date at the top. If you are a client and the change is material, we will tell you directly.
