When you cancel your GrowthManager.ai plan, your hosted content pages remain live for 30 days, giving you time to export your content or transition to another solution. After 30 days, the pages go offline unless you reactivate your account. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

We designed our cancellation process to be straightforward and penalty-free. Once you submit a cancellation request, your billing stops at the end of your current billing cycle. However, all your hosted content pages, whether on your custom domain or our branded subdomain, remain fully accessible for 30 days after cancellation. This grace period ensures your business doesn't experience an immediate drop in AI visibility while you make alternative arrangements.

During the 30-day grace period, you can export all your content through your dashboard. This includes the full text of every page we created, along with the JSON-LD structured data markup. You'll receive everything in organized formats that you can easily upload to your own website or another platform. We also provide a list of all the distribution activities we completed, including structured data posts, AI crawler optimization, and backlink placements, so you have a complete record of your AI visibility campaign.

Your dashboard and tracking capabilities remain active during the grace period as well. You can continue monitoring your AI visibility metrics and capturing leads from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI. This data helps you understand the impact of your campaign and make informed decisions about continuing AI visibility efforts through other means. Lead capture forms and contact routing continue working normally during this time.

After the 30-day period expires, your hosted pages go offline and are no longer accessible through search engines or AI platforms. The subdomain or custom domain hosting stops, and your dashboard access ends. However, if you change your mind within 60 days of the original cancellation, we can restore your account and content without any setup fees. This restoration option gives you additional flexibility if your business needs change.

Account reactivation is simple if you decide to return. Your content library, tracking data, and previous campaign history remain in our system for 60 days after cancellation. Reactivating within this window means your pages go live immediately, and your AI visibility resumes without the typical setup period. After 60 days, we permanently delete your data, and any future engagement would require starting fresh with new content creation.

We recommend downloading your content and data within the first week of the grace period rather than waiting until the end. This ensures you have everything you need and can make a smooth transition to self-hosting or another service if desired. Many clients use this transition period to evaluate whether to continue AI visibility efforts internally or find alternative solutions.
