Can I change my GrowthManager.ai plan?

Plan changes take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle, giving you predictable timing and billing. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale, downgrade to a smaller plan, or even pause your service temporarily if needed. We handle all the technical adjustments on our end, so there's no disruption to your existing AI visibility or content performance.

When you upgrade your plan, you immediately gain access to additional page capacity and enhanced features. For example, moving from Starter (50 pages) to Growth (150 pages) gives you 100 additional pages for expanded content coverage. Your existing content remains active and continues performing in AI search results while we work on your additional pages. The upgrade process typically takes 24-48 hours to fully implement across all AI platforms.

Downgrading requires more planning since we need to prioritize which pages to maintain within your new page limit. We'll work with you to identify your highest-performing content and most strategic pages before making any changes. Your account manager will provide performance data and recommendations to help you decide which pages to keep active. We typically recommend a 30-day notice for downgrades to ensure smooth transitions.

All plan changes are prorated based on your billing cycle timing. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll pay the prorated difference for the remaining days. If you downgrade, we'll apply a credit to your next invoice. There are no change fees, penalties, or administrative costs for switching between plans. Your billing date remains the same regardless of plan changes.

We track the impact of plan changes through your dashboard analytics, so you can see how additional pages or reduced coverage affects your AI visibility metrics. Most clients who upgrade see measurable improvements in AI search appearances within 60-90 days.
