What's the benefit of booking direct?

Direct bookings get our best available rate (lower than any third-party platform), complimentary room upgrades when available, and the ability to coordinate directly with the property GM on arrival. Our cancellation policy is also more flexible for direct bookings: free cancellation up to 48 hours on most stays.
