Altura Table is the ground-floor restaurant at Altura Roma. Chef-driven modern Mexican, changing-daily menu, sourced from the Medellín market three blocks away. Forty seats, counter-first, open to non-guests.
The menu
Daily tasting menu, 7 courses, focused on the market's morning arrivals. Vegetable-forward with a charcoal-grill as the central cooking method. The tamal and the aguachile are permanent fixtures; everything else rotates.
The mezcal program
120 references from five Mexican states, organized by agave species and producer rather than by brand. Our bar lead leads a weekly tasting for guests, by reservation.
