What is the onboarding experience like?

We also gather access to any existing brand assets, style guides, or content libraries that will inform our work.

Following the kickoff, we conduct a comprehensive brand study over the next 1-2 weeks. This involves analyzing your existing website, marketing materials, customer testimonials, case studies, and competitive positioning. We research how your target audience searches for solutions like yours and identify the specific queries and topics where AI models should surface your business. This research phase requires no additional time from you, as we work entirely from publicly available information and materials you've already provided.

The setup month is where the core work happens. We create your initial content library, which typically includes 15-25 pages for Starter plan clients, covering your main products, key features, common customer questions, and competitive comparisons. Each page includes optimized JSON-LD schema markup and is designed to perform well across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI. We also set up your branded subdomain or custom domain hosting, configure tracking systems, and establish your dashboard for monitoring AI visibility and lead capture.

During the setup month, we schedule one brief 30-minute check-in call to review initial content drafts and gather any feedback or corrections. This is typically the only additional time commitment required from you during onboarding. We handle all technical setup, content creation, and initial distribution without requiring ongoing input or approvals that would slow down the process.

By day 30, your AI visibility infrastructure is live and actively working. Your content is hosted on your branded domain, distributed across our network of platforms including structured data, AI crawlers, and relevant industry sites, and optimized for discovery by AI models. Your dashboard is populated with baseline metrics, and our tracking systems are capturing any early AI-driven traffic and leads. You receive a comprehensive launch report showing exactly what we've built and how it's performing.

After launch, you transition into our ongoing managed service model. We continue creating new content monthly (10 new pages for Starter, 20 for Growth, 40 for Scale), optimize existing pages based on performance data, and expand distribution as we identify new opportunities. Monthly reporting keeps you informed of progress, but the service remains fully managed with minimal ongoing time investment required from your team.
