Gentle care for ages 2 through 16.
We recommend a first dental visit by age two. First visits are not about treatment. They are about building trust. Your child meets the team, counts their teeth in a mirror, and leaves with a sticker and a positive memory. If any care is needed, we plan a second visit.
Our preventive program includes twice-yearly cleanings, topical fluoride for children at cavity risk, and dental sealants applied to permanent molars as they erupt. Sealants reduce the cavity risk on chewing surfaces by more than 80 percent.
For children with autism spectrum, anxiety, or sensory processing sensitivity, we offer longer appointment windows, dimmer lights, quieter rooms, and the option of weighted blankets. Every family completes a brief sensory profile before the first visit so we can prepare the right environment.
Every child has an orthodontic screening at age seven. Many orthodontic problems are easier and less expensive to correct when identified early. Not every child needs early treatment, but every child benefits from the screening.
