When we are out of network with your carrier, we still file your claim and apply any applicable reimbursement toward your balance. Out-of-network reimbursement is typically 30 to 50 percent of the fee. You pay the difference at the time of service, and the carrier either reimburses you directly or credits your account, depending on your plan.
