1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GrowthManager.ai ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GrowthManager.ai provides the following services:

• Creation and hosting of optimised web pages (blogs, product pages, FAQs, and other content) on behalf of clients
• Search engine and AI platform optimisation
• Lead capture and dashboard access
• Content distribution across third-party platforms
• AI-powered page maintenance and updates

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. All plans begin with a $999 setup month (Month 1). Regular plan pricing applies from Month 2 onwards.

• Payments are due at the start of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any billing month
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate brand information, guidelines, and assets during onboarding
• Review and approve content when requested
• Ensure that all information provided to us is truthful and not misleading
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

5. Content Ownership

Pages and content created by GrowthManager.ai on your behalf are owned by you. However, we retain the right to host and manage this content on our infrastructure for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all content and assets within 30 days of your request.

6. Lead Data

Leads captured through pages we host on your behalf are your data. We act as a data processor and will handle lead data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or share your lead data with third parties.

7. Hosted Pages

Pages hosted on our infrastructure are designed to match your brand guidelines. We maintain uptime and performance of hosted pages. We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or these terms.

8. AI Agents

Our AI agents may update and optimise your existing pages on a recurring basis. These updates are designed to improve search rankings and content freshness. You may request review of any AI-generated changes through your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

GrowthManager.ai provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or lead numbers. While we work to deliver measurable results, outcomes may vary based on industry, competition, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthManager.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of any billing period with written notice. Upon termination:

• Access to the lead dashboard will remain active for 30 days
• All hosted pages will be taken down within 30 days unless you request a content export
• Outstanding invoices remain payable

11. Intellectual Property

The GrowthManager.ai brand, platform, tools, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or tools.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
